High Caliber Operations LLC · Caliber Score
Caliber Score is not a credit repair organization and does not perform credit repair services as defined under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), 15 U.S.C. § 1679 et seq., or any analogous state law. Caliber Score is a financial intelligence and credit education platform. We provide tools, data visualization, and AI-assisted guidance so that users can understand their own credit reports and make informed decisions. We do not contact credit bureaus, creditors, or debt collectors on your behalf.
By accessing or using Caliber Score, a service operated by High Caliber Operations LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, do not access or use the service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and High Caliber Operations LLC. By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or using any feature of Caliber Score, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and are using the platform for lawful purposes.
Caliber Score is a financial intelligence and credit education platform. Our service includes tools and information designed to help users understand their credit profiles, monitor score changes, and learn how consumer credit reporting works. Specific features include:
Caliber Score is an education and analysis tool, not a professional financial services provider. We are not a credit bureau, credit repair organization, financial advisor, mortgage lender, or debt counseling service. Nothing in our service constitutes legal, financial, credit, or tax advice.
You are responsible for your use of Caliber Score and any actions you take based on information or tools provided by the platform. Specifically, you agree to:
You acknowledge that you — not High Caliber Operations LLC — are responsible for submitting any communications, verification requests, or dispute letters to credit bureaus, creditors, or collection agencies. Our tools help you understand your options; the actions are yours to take.
Caliber Score uses artificial intelligence, including large language model technology, to provide financial coaching, credit analysis, letter drafting assistance, and action planning. By using any AI-powered feature, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
AI-generated content — including coaching responses, score analysis, action plans, and any draft letters — is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It is not legal advice, financial advice, credit counseling, or a guarantee of any outcome. You should independently verify any material information before acting on it.
AI models can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or contextually inappropriate output. They may not reflect the most current laws, regulations, or bureau policies. Reliance on AI-generated content without independent verification is at your own risk. High Caliber Operations LLC is not liable for decisions made based on AI output.
Caliber Score does not guarantee any improvement to your credit score. Credit scoring models are proprietary and depend on many factors, including bureau data reporting timelines, lender behavior, and your individual credit history. AI coaching may provide strategies that are generally effective, but outcomes vary significantly between individuals and cannot be predicted with certainty.
The AI advisors within Caliber Score (Cali, Rex, Nova, and Bolt) are educational tools, not licensed financial advisors, attorneys, or credit counselors. Their guidance does not create a professional-client relationship. For matters with significant legal or financial consequences, consult a qualified professional.
Caliber Score provides tools to help users understand what is on their credit reports, evaluate the accuracy of reported information, and prepare written communications they may choose to submit to credit bureaus or creditors. This section clarifies the scope and limits of those tools.
High Caliber Operations LLC does not submit verification requests, dispute letters, or any other communications to credit bureaus, creditors, or collection agencies on your behalf. Any letter generated by Caliber Score is a draft for your review and use. You are responsible for reviewing, customizing, and submitting any communications yourself, via mail, online portal, or phone — as applicable.
Requesting that a credit bureau verify the accuracy of reported information is a right guaranteed to all consumers under FCRA § 611, 15 U.S.C. § 1681i. Exercising this right does not require a third-party service; you can do it yourself for free directly with each bureau. Caliber Score provides educational tools to help you understand this process. We do not engage in credit repair as defined under CROA.
Submitting a verification request does not guarantee that any item will be updated, corrected, or removed from your credit report. Bureau outcomes depend on furnisher responses, applicable law, and the specific facts of each item. Caliber Score makes no representations about the likelihood of any particular outcome.
AI-assisted letter drafts are based on general FCRA principles and your stated account details. They may not account for jurisdiction-specific requirements, specific creditor policies, or recent regulatory changes. Review any draft carefully before sending. High Caliber Operations LLC is not responsible for the content of letters you submit.
